PHX-3488 - Fix Problem in Customer Delinquency Report for CPI Point in Time

When the “customer delinquency report for CPI point in time is run, the data received different total receivable amounts for the same point in time date when run on different days. Issue has been Resolved.

VAN-72 - Mobile Phone Numbers pushed to Active Campaign

The ActiveCampaign-API update that will sync phone numbers for appointment confirmation. Marketing and franchising are working on plans to make an automated SMS appointment confirmation message available system wide. Marketing or franchising will release details on this in the near future. This was developed as a stop gap after losing certain levels of functionality in SBT for company stores and will be enhanced even further once we have implemented the new omnichannel SMS provider in the months ahead.
