The collected content (from the survey) is posted to each franchisee dealership page.

22352 F3100-BD-NC IL FE Service Contract-noElec - Affects Byrider Direct NC and Company Stores IL locations

The Vehicle Service Contract for NC Byrider Direct, IL Company Stores, and any IL franchisees using First Extended was replaced to remove electrical from the coverage.

Looker - Applications Dashboard

A new dashboard will be released in Looker called “Applications”. This dashboard gives users access to more information specific to applications completed, including metrics like Approval %, Sold to Approved % and a list of Approved Unsold. Please reach out to your FC or Regional Manager with any questions.
