Task 254 - Incremental Push of Data and Task 325 - Delta files part 3: adding last two entities for the delta files

Added an Add/Modified date column to the 6 tables listed below. After the column is deployed, the Dynamics 365 to AWS S3 nightly run will only send deltas.

Display Mileage with Franchise Store Vehicle Tiles

On byrider.com, Corporate Stores have been displaying vehicle mileage on vehicle cards (on both the Inventory Search and Dealership Detail pages) for a few months. That feature has been expanded to include Franchisees who want to opt into this display.
