This update release is scheduled to occur on the morning of September 21th, 2021.

Looker

New Dashboard available

A new dashboard called the Sales Associate Lead Performance dashboard is being released and provides metrics by specific lead type. It is designed to highlight lead allocation and performance metrics for GOJDB, PPC, BLE, Internal, Phone Up and Lot Up. The dashboard also allows you to drill into individual customers at the lead level.

This dashboard will appear in the Leads section of Looker and will be available to the same users that have access to the Sales Funnel dashboard. Please reach out to your FC or Regional Manager with any questions.

OLAF/CRM

If the Driver’s License question is enabled for the OLAF application, the results from that DL question will be displayed in CRM, on the Underwriting tab, on the OLAF application response screen.

Byrider Direct: The popup warning for the finance violation cap has been removed.

ARE DS Screen Change

On the DS screen in the Risk section heading, the Bureau name that was used for scoring has been added.

Bug Fix: No date population in electronic Lightico CNAC Document (COMPANY STORES ONLY)

Added form field in the PDF for the “Signature Date” key in embedded forms field.

Bug Fix: IVR Error when trying to pay with a bank account has been resolved.

Bug Fix: Accounts were incorrectly marked as Fresh Starts when they should have been Due Date Changes. Resolved on a go forward basis.
