Effect: touched object gains an invisible inscription that allows the caster to summon the item at will. mana is used in summoning the item not in the ritual

Requirements: items cannot be heavier then 4 pounds (+1 per level) or longer then 1ft per level in any direction

Exceptions: Cannot be used on somthing alive

Target one entity (animal, player or monster) and the entity must make a Charisma saving throw of DC 20. On a success the Ioun stone is destroyed, but on a failure the following effects take place:

  Your eyes glow purple, imitating a 15 foot cone of purple light

  The target will follow your mental wishes

  You have a disadvantage on your next saving throw

When the spell ends, you need to make a saving throw with your spellcasting ability with a DC 5. On a success nothing happens, but on a failure you are blinded for 1d4 years.
