Ogres are huge lumbering creatures that could take on armies with only a dozen of their own kind needed. their main forms of attack are simply swinging their massive arms regardless of if they have a weapon or not its sure to hit everything in front of them.
Culture
Green Ogre
green ogres are in actuality an hodgepodge of spores from goblins, hobgoblins, and orks combined into a massive spore that birthed a ogre. because of this ogre appearances vary massively but on average they are all humanoid, massive, green, have two arms and legs as well as one head, and stupid to an almost vegetative state.
technically ogres are the only greenskins that hold no loyalty to the greenskin cause but they are so stupid they end up serving that cause anyway when orks poke them with sticks until they attack what the orks want them too. and since they are practically vegetative in their intellect they will commonly fight to the death without ever realizing that they were losing
the intellect of a green ogre is unique while they are capable of basic sentences and following orders their intellect is so backwards that they can be outsmarted by animals.
White Ogre
the white ogres arent related to green ogres at all and breed via the normal means commonly making their home in the hilly portions on the edges of mountainous regions. white ogres live in tribal societies and are mean creatures that enjoy bullying things that are smaller then them, which is pretty much everything. when white ogre populations get too high some will wander down to normal societies to bully whatever race they find. due to their enjoyment of punching things ogres dont mind getting paid to do what they love so they make perfect mercenaries, commonly used in wars they arent picky and serve anything that throws money at them. but due to their dumb nature are easily under-paid as long as their fed and dont really understand betrayal so they make ironically loyal mercenaries
History
because of just how varied green ogres are their are rare occasions that one will be born with ork level intellect. once that happens he has little issue taking over as an ork boss since ogres are by default bigger then even some of the most famous orks ever.
once a one-in-a-trillion ogre called Ogryn was born so intelligent it had formed full sentience eventually going on to abandon his green-kin to join a local dwarf hold. after thy forged special armor for him to stop him from producing spores they decided to accept him as a general.
