Orks are Green, Mean, Big, and violent. they may not be very smart, have much power as an individual, nor have very good technology but they have numbers, bravery in numbers, and a resistance to pain. they also have a very noticeable "Orky" (as the orks call it) accent that they talk with.
Culture
Orks love violence. its who they are its what they live for and its what they do in their free time, by fighting other orks and winning they get bigger, greener, and tougher allowing them to win more battles and get even bigger, greener, and tougher, and maybe; to a certain extent; even smarter causing an endless loop until there are no orks bigger (for now) and that ork becomes an "Ork Boss".
Orks are instinctively able to tell when an ork is bigger then them and will listen to what said bigger ork tells them to do. so if the biggest ork is able to get large amounts of orks to do as he says he becomes an ork boss, they will commonly try to extend their influence by warring with other ork bosses and other races to spread the orks loyal to him far and wide. should an ork gather a big enough following and enough land he may become known as a 'warboss'
Orks, and most other green skins, dont breed via the normal means, since green skins are essentially "Moss-Men" they reproduce by dispersion of spores from a decomposing Ork corpses, such that killing an Ork literally creates more Orks, which also explains why Orks are so difficult to fight and more so eradicate, and how they are able to infiltrate and build up large populations virtually anywhere imaginable from barren deserts to lush jungles, to iron and stone cities. The only known solution to this problem is to incinerate the entire area to destroy not only the remaining orks but also the spores in the air. most of the time the spores spawn the green skin that it popped off of but in cases where a large amount of spores end up right next to each other they will sometimes combine to spawn an green ogre.
History
Ork bosses on average are able to form great war-bands of orks none more so then great ork warboss [name] who started what he called a "WAAAGH" or an orkish crusade to claim the world for himself.
