HobGoblins are the fastest and most cunning greenskins, they are very distinctive having their own accent, tusks protruding from their face, are the only greenskin capable of growing hair, have bodies far more similar to a humans (increasing their speed), and have large noses (but arent as big as a goblins). in addition they regenerate at a faster rate then any other greenskin being capable of even growing back limbs over long periods of time.
Culture
Hobgoblins are an oddity among the greenskin races, they breed in the same way and are loyal to the greenskin cause but outside of that they are smaller then orks, bigger then goblins faster then orks, stronger then goblins, and all round the least clumsy capable of great feats of acrobatics. they are also the only greenskin that doesnt talk 'orky' instead using what they call the 'hobgob'
on top of their abilities their looks are also far different being the only greenskin with tusks, hair, and some even have odd colored noses. their tusks protrude from the inside of their mouths causing them to be in a perpetual smile that coupled with their lack of an 'orky' accent makes them good at bartering. the preferred way to style their hair is in a variety of wild ways preferring things like the Mohawk(and all its variants), braided hair both long and short, or just letting it all hang.
hobgoblins are also the most self-aware of the greenskins being the only race that would bother to sit down and admire vastness of the sky, trade with none greenskin races, act as mercenaries (when not against greenskins), or admire beauty in any way.
in combat hobgoblins are mid-range berzerkers who throw axes at their opponents until they either get two close or run out of all but 2 axes. in either case they then promptly fly into a berzerk rage and swing at their opponents wildly healing all the while.
History
hobgoblins normally do not reach warboss status due to the overpowering nature of orks there are noteable cases of such a thing happening:
Warboss Bwomsomni is well known for turning his greenskin base into a massive trading depot where all races are welcome. he is also well known as a cunning cheat that will swindle nobles and peasants alike into slavery if you let him.
Warboss Dondechaka is well known for his horde of feral greenskins that he uses to terrorizes the countryside. outside of his tribe raiding and plundering in a psychotic blood-rage his tribe is also known for its size. while all greenskin tribes are known for being frustrating to truly wipe out due to their seemingly endless numbers Dondechaka's tribe is a massive wave of green in combat and even when he loses and his greeskins are wiped out he seems to somhow be capable of recouping his losses in mere days.
