found in the elemental plane of water the nagas most beloved steed is the hippocampus, looking like a cross between a fish and horse where the horse parts are alot more converted then a pure half-and-half its entire body is covered in scales and its mane, tail, and hooves are replaced by large fins in addition the lower part of its body is a fish tail

the hippocampus can breath underwater in both salt water and fresh water it can also breathe air but requires a constant supply of water or it will dry out and die. the hippocampus is absurdly fast, out speeding horses on land with ease multiple times over. because of which those looking for speedy travel through water would be wise to ride a hippocampus

to domesticate a hippocampus you must be able to breath underwater or the process of domestication will knock the breath out of you and you will drown. hippocampus act much like dolphins and if someone is drowning or in trouble a hippocampus might come to their aid

outside of above they act like horses in pretty much every other way
