Flexible races:
Minotaur/Holstarus- will only be neutral with unique backstory. default is evil sartek servants
Xixchil- Good parties generally avoid Xixchil due to their barbaric tendencies. xixchil will only join evil parties if the missions they are going on arent evil
Duergar- will tolerate a neutral party if he has an insane goal that he thinks can be completed by staying with them
Hobgoblin- will join a neutral or evil party if they do not attack any greenskins(if they do while he has already joined the party then he will turn on them)
Pigmen- are not a sentient race but can be brought into an evil party as a slave
Naga(male)- will join neutral/evil parties if their master is in the party. to become a naga(male)'s master simple defeat him in combat and spare his life. to fit into a good party talk with DM and players
Dark Elf(male)- will only join an evil party if he is the slave of a female also in the party

Military Parties:
if instead of forming a band of mercenaries looking for adventure, glory, and fortune you are ok with instead being a section of a military force of a race or nation then you can have a regular income, possible bonuses for a job well done, special missions, access to unique races and the government you serve will provide regular repairs for equipment, supplies such as food and miscellaneous items, mounts, and replacements for equipment destroyed
the downsides however are: equipment found must be approved before you can keep it, treasure found is turned over to your government, and many normal races are not available.

Available mounts: unicorns(females only), pegusi, centaurs(lol), and hippogryphs
Human Military:
Available races: Humans, White Ogres, Bugbear
Available mounts: Warhorses, Griffon, and Wyverns(high level parties only)
Dwarven Military:
Available races: Dwarves, Stone giants, Gnomes, Dunedain(humans who have pledged allegiance to dwarves, they are archers)

Available races: Dark Elves, Corrupted Treant, Pigmen(slaves), Human(slaves)

Greenskin military:
Available races: Orks, goblins, hobgoblins, green ogres, maybe a troll
Available mounts: Warg, Warboar, Giant Spider(goblin only)
Unique mechanics: gold and jewels are useless in ork society a hobgoblin in the party will have to enter a village and try to get items on his own without being killed to make use of such items. ork society uses teeth for currency but rarely have any items worth buying. you can keep gold and jewels in this army but equipment might be wanted by the boss and you will have to give it to him
