Ettin

on first glance an ettin looks like a normal giant. until you realize that it has 2 heads, looks like it hasnt even attempted to clean itself in its entire life, and is even more barbaric

Culture

ettin are disgusting creatures, due to never having bathed in their life or any other form of grooming their skin is darkened by dirt, crusted blood, and parasites that call the ettin its home. due to this their immune systems are surprisingly tough giving them bonus against disease and poisons

ettin are hateful creatures viewing most everything with contempt. the only reason the two ettin heads dont attempt to kill each other is because they would both feel it, unless they feel they are in danger, they found a mate temporarily, or are serving some leader that gained their loyalty a ettin will view others only as a possible food source or, in the case of other ettins, as a competitor for food

each ettin head has control over an arm and a leg forcing them to constantly work together to do anything. should they ever fight the ettin will suddenly become clumsy making it difficult to walk, run, or even turn without falling. since both of them have control of an arm there is no dominate arm and it will always attack with both

ettin wear simple cloth made from the fur of enemies slain interwoven with some simple armors they stole from dead enemies other then that they only collect items to use for bribing pigmen, greenskins, or other such barbaric races to protect them in times of danger. in addition an ettin is entirely capable of domestication or ambushing

while ettin can be found in any large enough cave or cavern many believe that the first ettin was a result of a common giant spending too much time in the realm of plague
