On 20 Dec 1802 Thomas Otway Page wrote to Acting Surveyors General Chewett and Ridout stating Samuel Letch was the original nominee of Lot 162 in the Town of Niagara and Lot 161 one acre was granted to Thomas Lake and bought by Page. On 3 Dec 1802 Acting Surveyor General William Chewett wrote to Thomas Ottway Page stating he has been directed by the Chief Justice to request whether page has received a patent for Lot No. 162 one acre Town of Newark to Thomas (sic: Samuel) Letch, original nominee. (Niagara Town Papers 0620)

On 20 Dec 1802 Thomas Otway Page wrote to Acting Surveyors General Chewett and Ridout stating Samuel Letch was the original nominee of Lot 162 in the Town of Niagara and Lot 161 one acre was granted to Thomas Lake and bought by Page. Lyons, Anne

On 27 May 1804 William Lyons wrote to Acting Surveyor General Thomas Ridout requesting a search of Lot 7 in the Town of Niagara that he may lay it before the commissioners at their next setting in this place which will be on the 7th of June.
