What you need:
- 6 cups Lucky Charms cereal
- 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 10 oz. bag mini marshmallows plus 1 cup
- 16 oz. white chocolate melting wafers
Directions:
- Place butter in a large saucepan and melt over low heat.
- Add marshmallows and stir until they are almost completely melted.
- Add Lucky Charms cereal and stir until fully coated with marshmallows.
- Pour into a greased 9x13-inch baking pan and spread out evenly.
- Let set at room temperature for about 2 hours.
- Cut into rectangles or squares (or any other shape you want).
- After cutting bars, melt white chocolate according to package instructions.
- Dunk the bottom of each bar into the melted white chocolate.
- Then place on a parchment paper or silicone baking mat lined baking sheet with the white chocolate face up.
- Let bars set at room temperature for about 10 minutes. Enjoy!
- Store bars sealed in an airtight container for up to a week.
