Reese's Cookies
What you need:
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1 bag Mini Reese's peanut butter cups, cut into quarters
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter.
- Then add eggs and vanilla and mix until combined.
- Add in baking soda, salt, and flour slowly until just combined. Then fold in chocolate chips.
- Using a cookie scooper, place round balls of dough onto a greased and lined cookie sheet.
- Flatten slightly.
- Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let them rest for 5 minutes on cookie sheet.
- While resting, press 4 pieces of Reese's cups onto the top of each cookie.
- Then move to a wire rack to finish cooling.
