Reese's Cookies

What you need:

    • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
    • 1 cup granulated sugar
    • 1 cup brown sugar
    • 1 cup peanut butter
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 tsp. vanilla
    • 1 tsp. baking soda
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
    • 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
    • 1 bag Mini Reese's peanut butter cups, cut into quarters

Directions:

    1. In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter.
    2. Then add eggs and vanilla and mix until combined.
    3. Add in baking soda, salt, and flour slowly until just combined. Then fold in chocolate chips.
    4. Using a cookie scooper, place round balls of dough onto a greased and lined cookie sheet.
    5. Flatten slightly.
    6. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.
    7. Remove from oven and let them rest for 5 minutes on cookie sheet.
    8. While resting, press 4 pieces of Reese's cups onto the top of each cookie.
    9. Then move to a wire rack to finish cooling.
