Chicken a la King

What you need:

    • 1 lb. chicken or turkey, cooked and diced
    • 2 cans (10.5 oz. each) cream of chicken soup
    • 1/2 cup heavy cream
    • 1/2 cup cooking sherry or dry white wine
    • 2 tsp. chicken bouillion
    • 1 pkg. (12 oz.) frozen peas and carrots
    • 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    • 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:

    1. In a saucepan, mix together all ingredients except for parsley.
    2. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
    3. Serve with biscuits or over egg noodles.
