Garlic Beef Noodle Bowls
What you need:
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sesame or vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. skirt steak, cut into thin strips
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp. minced fresh ginger
- 8 oz. noodles (ramen, linguine, etc.), cooked
- 2 Tbsp. sliced green onions
- 2 tsp. sesame seeds, if desired
Directions
- In a small bowl, stir brown sugar, soy sauce, and sesame/vegetable oil. Set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add beef strips and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until browned.
- Add garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add soy sauce mixture and bring to a simmer. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add cooked noodles and toss to coat.
- Top with green onions and sesame seeds.
