Cheesy Egg Casserole
What you need:
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tub (8 oz.) cottage cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 5 eggs, lightly beaten
Directions:
- In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except eggs.
- Then whisk eggs into mixture until combined.
- Pour into a greased 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until browned and set in the middle.
- Cool 5 to 10 minutes before you slice it.
