Creamy Tuscan Garlic Chicken
What you need:
- 1 1/2 lb. thinly sliced chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes
Directions:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken to skillet and cook for 3 to 5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Then set aside.
- In the same skillet over medium-high heat, add heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Whisk until it begins to thicken up.
- Add spinach and sundried tomatoes and simmer until spinach wilts.
- Add chicken to pan to heat through, if needed.
- Serve over cooked pasta, if desired.
