Corned Beef Hash
What you need:
- 1 lb. sliced corned beef
- 1/2 medium onion, diced
- 1 jalapeno, diced
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 8 to 10 new potatoes, cubed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Cube corned beef and set aside.
- Add butter to a skillet and melt over medium heat. Then add onion, jalapeno, and garlic. Cook until tender.
- Meanwhile, cook new potatoes in boiling water for 6 to 8 minutes. Drain.
- Add potatoes and corned beef to skillet.
- Cook for 5 to 10 minutes over medium heat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
