Spaghetti with Kale and Sausage

What you need:

    • 1 lb. spaghetti
    • 1 lb. hot Italian sausage
    • 1/2 cup heavy cream
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 1 large bunch kale, trimmed and chopped
    • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:

    1. Cook spaghetti according to box directions; drain and set aside.
    2. In a large skillet, brown and crumble sausage over medium heat.
    3. Add water and cream. Let simmer until reduced by half, about 5 minutes.
    4. Add kale and stir gently until wilted.
    5. Add pasta and toss to combine.
    6. Serve topped with Parmesan.
