Mexican Chorizo Pizza

What you need:

    • 1/2 batch pizza dough
    • 8 oz. Chorizo sausage
    • 1/4 cup taco sauce
    • 1 small onion, diced
    • 2 to 3 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions:

    1. Brown chorizo in a skillet, crumbling as you go.
    2. Roll out dough into a 12-inch circle or 9x13-inch rectangle.
    3. Cook in the oven at 425 degrees for about 5 minutes or on a grill over medium heat for 5 minutes.
    4. Remove from oven or flip on grill. Spread taco sauce on crust and top with chorizo, onions, and cheese.
    5. Cook for 10 minutes in oven or cover and cook for 5 to 10 minutes on grill until cheese melts and crust is golden.
