Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole
What you need:
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
- 1 pkg. (8.5 oz.) cornbread mix
- 1 can (15.25 oz.) corn, drained
- 1 can (14.75 oz.) creamed corn
Directions:
- Beat eggs together in a large bowl. Then whisk sour cream and butter into eggs.
- Add cornbread mix and corns, stir until combined.
- Pour into 9x9-inch square baking dish that has been lightly greased.
- Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until top is golden brown.
