Easy Pesto Pizza
What you need:
- 1 store bought prebaked thin-crust pizza crust --or-- homemade pizza dough, prebaked
- 1/2 cup pesto
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 roma tomato, diced
- Fresh basil
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Spread pesto on pizza crust and top with mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, and Parmesan.
- Bake in a preheated 450 degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese has melted and crust is golden brown.
