2 AM Breakfast Burgers

What you need:

    • 1 to 2 lb. ground beef
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
    • Hamburger buns
    • Slices of bacon, cooked
    • Hashbrown patties, cooked
    • Fried eggs (I cook ours all the way through but sunny side up is fine!)
    • Cheddar cheese slices

Directions:

    1. Form ground beef into patties. I usually do 6 patties with 2 lb. Season with salt and pepper.
    2. Cook on the grill or in a skillet. Top with cheese in the last minutes of cooking.
    3. Toast hamburger buns, if desired.
    4. Serve buns topped with hashbrown, fried egg, burger, and bacon plus any condiments you may want.
