2 AM Breakfast Burgers
What you need:
- 1 to 2 lb. ground beef
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Hamburger buns
- Slices of bacon, cooked
- Hashbrown patties, cooked
- Fried eggs (I cook ours all the way through but sunny side up is fine!)
- Cheddar cheese slices
Directions:
- Form ground beef into patties. I usually do 6 patties with 2 lb. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook on the grill or in a skillet. Top with cheese in the last minutes of cooking.
- Toast hamburger buns, if desired.
- Serve buns topped with hashbrown, fried egg, burger, and bacon plus any condiments you may want.
