Slow Cooker Apple Cake

What you need:

    • 1 pkg. (12 oz.) Crunch Pak sliced, peeled apples
    • 1/2 cup brown sugar
    • 1 tsp. cinnamon
    • 1 box yellow cake mix
    • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
    • Vanilla ice cream, for serving

Directions:

    1. Layer apples in the bottom of a slow cooker.
    2. Top with brown sugar and cinnamon and gently stir to coat apples.
    3. Sprinkle cake mix over the top as evenly as possible but don't stir.
    4. Pour melted butter over the top but don't stir.
    5. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or on LOW for 6 hours.
    6. Serve warm topped with ice cream.
