Slow Cooker Apple Cake
What you need:
- 1 pkg. (12 oz.) Crunch Pak sliced, peeled apples
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Vanilla ice cream, for serving
Directions:
- Layer apples in the bottom of a slow cooker.
- Top with brown sugar and cinnamon and gently stir to coat apples.
- Sprinkle cake mix over the top as evenly as possible but don't stir.
- Pour melted butter over the top but don't stir.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or on LOW for 6 hours.
- Serve warm topped with ice cream.
