County Intermediate Final: The county Intermediate final will take place next Sunday October 13th at 1-15:PM in Semple Stadium in Thurles. Referee John O'Brien. We want the whole parish to come out and support our team on their campaign for the county title. Best of luck to the team and team management.History has been created in the club as this is the first time that both the Intermediates and the Minor hurlers have been in a county final at the one time in the same year. Keep the blue and white flag flying high.

Minor Hurling: Congratulations to our minor hurlers who beat Ballybacon/Grange in the minor county semifinal. Ballina 1-16 v Ballybacon/Grange 0-09. They now play Emily/Traceys in the county final. No fixtures for county final.

Junior Hurling: Our Junior B hurlers are out in the North semifinal versus Silvermines in Nenagh next Saturday in Nenagh at 4-00 PM. Please come along and support the team.

Sports Predictor Quiz: Last event in this year Sports Predictors quiz took place last Saturday with the replayed All-Ireland final. There was no change to the placings in the final week.Sean Collins wins 1st prize[€250],Darragh Flanagan2nd[€105] and joint winners for third prize [€30] was Sean Mc Keogh and Sean Mc Sweeney. The Ballina GAA club would like to thank everyone who took part in this event and we hope you enjoyed it.A final word of thanks to our sponsors-Simply Delicious Coffee shop Ballina. We aim to kick off again next year around March/April so get your thinking caps on for next season.
