Senior Hurling Championship: Great win for our senior hurlers against Mullinahone in Templemore on a wet and windy Saturday evening .Ballina 2-10 Mullinahone 1-11 Well done on a great win.. Next game against Silvermines next Sunday. [see fixtures]

Junior B Hurling: We are also out against the Silvermines in the junior hurling league on Saturday. [see fixtures]

Minor Football: The minor semi final play off in the North final against Inane Rovers is to take place this Wednesday evening [see fixtures]

U16 Footballers: Commiserations to our U16 footballers who went down to a classy Toomevara side in rain-soaked Portroe in the North U16 Football Final.Well done to the boys on getting to the North Final, also to their coaches Michael Kelly and John Sage.

U14 Footballers: The U14 footballers contest the North Final after a great come back in a high scoring game against Newport Gaels last Wednesday evening. They now play Kilruane this Wednesday evening.[see fixtures] Best of luck in the final. Please come along and support the boys.

U12 Footballers: Pride of the parish goes to both our U12 football teams who are through to the County Final next weekend.Please come along an support this great group of young players and their coaches for the county final.S

Draw for Timber: Draw will take place for players training fund next week end. Would all players please return cards.

Bike for Ballina: Our annual Bike for Ballina will take place the June Bank Holiday week end, this is a fund raiser for the our club in partnership with our local Waterman's Lodge Day Care and Respite Center.. We will be distributing sponsorship cards in the coming week all support will be very much apprecited.

County Minor Football: Hard luck to Jack Brady and the county footballers on their defeat against Kerry in Thurles on May 7th.

School Trials: Congratulations to Hazel Mc Mahon super goal keeper who is picked to represent her school Ballina N.S.and club on the Tipperary schools team at half time Tipperary versus Limerick championship game in Thurles June 2nd. Also, to Sam Loughran who is also continuing on his trials in the football.. We wish you both the very best of luck.
