Lotto Results

No winner of the lotto last week. Numbers drawn were 4, 11, 13, 18.

Juvenile Notes:

U10s - John Joe Nevin Tournament

The Annual U10 JJ Nevin tournament takes place this Sunday, 13th September. This tournament commemorates the late John Joe Nevin who did huge work with juveniles in the club. It is always a great days’ hurling so come down to the field on Sunday morning at 11am and enjoy the games.

Teams competing in this year’s tournament are Murroe Boher, Clooney Quinn, Newport and Ballina.

We’d like to wish our own U10s the best of luck in the tournament.

U13s

The U13s played Kildangan in the first round of the U13 Shield in Ballina on Saturday evening and recorded a great win. Well done lads!!

Senior Notes:

Junior B Hurlers:

Our semi-final V Portroe is fixed for Nenagh this Saturday, 12th September at 5:00pm. Check fixtures for confirmation. Best wishes to the Panel & Management. They deserve our support!!

Senior Hurlers

Unfortunately due to injuries & other commitments we were unable to fulfil our fixtures in the Kilmacud 7's. Congratulations to Borris-Ileigh on their success.

Junior Footballers

Ballina opened their Junior "A" Football Championship game at home to Newport on Wednesday last the 2nd September 2015. This was a good game of Football with some good scores on both sides. In the end a draw was a fair result. Ballina 1-10, Newport 1-10.

Ballina's second game is fixed for Puckane on Wednesday 16th September v’s Lorrha. Check fixtures for confirmation.
