Well done also to Emily Clarke and Michelle Sage on taking part in the primary game at half time of the Senior Final on Sunday last.

Best wishes to the U21 Hurlers and hard luck to the Senior Camogie team on their loss this weekend.

Congrats to Sean McKeogh & Niara White on their recent nuptials.

5 year plan

Juvenile Notes:

U6/U8

These boys are training every Sat morning and Wednesday evening and continue to improve as the year goes on. They have played some challenge matches recently and there was some great hurling on show.

U10s

The U10s had great fun in Killaloe taking on the locals last Saturday. We had two very entertaining games. Next weekend sees the start of a run of three games. On Saturday, the lads head to Dr Morris Park for a Munster Blitz. The following weekend we head to Toomevara for a blitz, then to Nenagh Eire Óg the following Saturday.

The U10 age group are also looking forward to, and training hard for, the John Joe Nevin tournament in early September.

U12s

U12 Group D were beaten by Toomevara on Friday evening last

U12 group B played Borrisokane in Borrisokane on Monday evening . No result to hand at time of going to press .

Both Group B and Group D are at home this coming Friday to Portroe.

U14s

U14s play Toomevara in Ballina on this coming Wednesday 15th July.

U16

The U16s had a good tight battle with Burgess at home on Tuesday July 7th . They came from behind twice to record a good win.

They played Borrisokane on Monday evening. No result when going to press.

Please come down to the field this week and support our young players in their home games. They are the future of our club and deserve our support.

Cul Camp

Cul Camp is taking place in Ballina this week with some Tipp stars of the Munster Final victory expected to visit.

Please register as soon as possible for our training camp for older juveniles (Born in 2003 or older) on 28, 29, and 30th July. This camp will be run by Shane Mc Grath, Tipp senior hurler. Contact Eamon Power or Ronnie Power for details.
