Leaving Certificate

Congratulations to all who received their results last week. We wish them all the best of luck in receiving College and University places.

Juvenile Notes:

U6/U8

Our youngest players have played several games against different opponents over the last few weeks and their skill level continues to improve with every game. Most recently the U8s played Ballinahinch.

U10s

The Annual John Joe Nevin U10 tournament is confirmed for Sun 13th September. The U10s also played Nenagh Eire Og last Saturday.

U12s

The U12 s played Patrickswell last Saturday in Ballina in a challenge match.

U13s

U13s played Smith O Briens in a challenge game during the week. They also played Murroe Boher in a challenge game on Friday evening.

U16s

The U16s played Lorrha in Ballina on Mon evening in their last group game of the championship.

The juvenile club took a bus to the All Ireland Semi final on Sunday last with a big group of our juvenile players. Most of them were disappointed with Tipp losing out to Galway but we believe there were a few happy Galway men spotted on the bus home.
