Intermediate Hurling

Intermediates are out next weekend when they clash with near neighbours Ballinahinch in County

League, as with all local derbys this should be an exciting affair.( see fixtures for details). Junior A's suffered their 2nd defeat in the North Tipperary League when they were defeated by a strong Moneygal team in Ballina last Sunday evening. The were level with 0-8 each at half time, however Ballina conceded 3 goals in the 2nd half, Moneygal were comprehensive winners at the final whistle. Minor Footballers had a good victory on Friday evening when the overcame Lorrha in the 1st round of the Minor championship, they had 4 points to spare at the end of a very competitive game.
