Ballina GAA Notes 30th November 2015
Club AGM:
The club AGM will take place on Friday 4th December at 8pm in the club complex. All members are asked to attend.
Sympathy
The club would like to extend sympathy to the Sheedy family (Portroe) and the Egan Family Crana on the death of Bid Sheedy. Both Liam and John have trained Ballina in the past. Bid was always a loyal and proud supporter of Portroe, but also a very genuine and warm lady who loved Gaelic Games. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a hanam dílis.
Lotto Results
No winner of the lotto last week. Numbers drawn were 18, 20, 21, 28.

Juvenile Notes:
Juvenile Club AGM
This year's juvenile club AGM will take place on Tuesday 15th December at 8pm at the clubhouse.
Schools
Congratulations to the boys and teachers from Ballina National on their County Football Final victory over Knockavilla National School last Tuesday on a score line of 5-14 to 1-1.
Féile
There will be a Féile information meeting for parents of next year's U14 hurlers on this Wednesday at the club 8:00-8:30
Winter Training
We are taking a mid-winter break from the U10-U14 Saturday afternoon sessions. It will resume after Christmas (date will be advised).
Michael Fennelly visit
Last Friday, Kilkenny midfielder and holder of 6 All Ireland senior medals, Michael Fennelly visited the club. He addressed some of our juvenile players on nutrition, winning and losing. It was an open session and all had an opportunity to ask Michael questions. Thanks Michael for taking the time to come to the club!!!
