Science Investigation Skills, Science and Communication, Science Participation and Contribution, Science Understanding Kaitiakitanga, Tiakitanga, Whanaungatanga, Manaakitanga
The Living World, Matauranga Māori physical World and Chemical World
Many of the skills involved lead to NCEA Level 1 Science (Year 11). Also, ākonga can use this course as a starting point for NCEA Level 2 and 3 Chemistry and Biology.
