Dear BRMS Families:

We are heading into the last full week of school at BRMS, and there continues to be many end of the year activities for our students. Yesterday, the Jazz Band displayed their talents on Church Street Market Place for the Discover Jazz festival.  Today, our 8th graders went to the Jay Peak Resort for a day of fun to celebrate the completion of their four years of work at BRMS.  We are proud of the many accomplishments of our Jazz Band, and from our 8th grade students.

Planning for 8th Grade Recognition Night is well underway, and we are excited for the big event on the evening of June 16th.  We are planning on holding the event outdoors in our back athletic fields. Families should plan on bringing their own chairs and blanket for seating.  Please let us know if any family members will need any support due to mobility issues.  A golf cart ride is available to help move anyone who needs support.  We will be closely monitoring the weather forecast.  In the event of inclement weather, we will move the event to the gymnasium.   We will make this decision by Monday afternoon.
