Calling all 8th grade parents. We are having a social hour for your students after the ceremony for them to enjoy one last time together at BRMS. If you are willing to chaperone this wonderful social hour of chatting and making s'mores over a fire pit, music and dancing, lawn games and of course eating, please contact Leah at btvvyd2016@gmail.com. We need about 10 more parents to help chaperone this one hour event.

The BRMS Jazz Bands will be performing as part of the @flynncenter Discover Jazz Festival in Burlington on Monday June 6 from 4 - 5pm near the Mall on Church Street. Be sure to say hello if you come!
BRMS Computer Sale-8th Grade- June 2022
To BRMS 8th Graders and Families,
At the end of this school year you will have the option to purchase your school Chromebook and charger. The price is $20 each.
There is no warranty on these computers - they are sold as-is.
MMUUSD will not provide tech support for them. These computers are not to be used in school.
If you are interested in purchasing your school computer, you will need to:
Drop off your Chromebook and wrapped charger in the tech area at any time by the end of the day Tuesday, June 7 with $20 cash or check made out to BRMS.
Your Chromebook will be ready at the end of the day Thursday, June 9 to be picked up.
We will remove all of our school software from the Chromebook and make it ready for you to use at home.

Payment should be a check made out to BRMS or $20 cash.
Technology Tips for Families
Please join the CVU Gender Sexuality Alliance at Champlain Valley School District’s 2nd Annual Youth Pride Rally this Saturday, June 4! The event is happening, rain or shine, at CVU from 10:00am-1:00pm. The Youth Pride Rally is an opportunity for our larger community to come together and celebrate our diversity, as well as support our LGBTQIA+ youth and community members in feeling seen, affirmed, and protected. There will be food trucks, music, activities, speakers (including Vermont's Taylor Small), a short march, and lots of joy. Youth, families, and community members are welcome to come and celebrate!
