Dear BRMS Families,
Every morning and afternoon for the past year, two of our students have taken on the responsibility of raising and lowering the American Flag that is flown on our campus. It has been a tradition over the past 15 years for our graduating 8th grade students to pass this over to younger ones.
These two young people have taken their job seriously and make sure they follow all of the official protocols for this honor. They make sure that the flag is flown at half-staff, when there is an executive order from the Governor of Vermont or the President of the United States. Each afternoon they carefully fold the flag and properly store it in the office. We have frequently talked about how people don’t always notice this responsibility until something is done incorrectly, but they realize how important it is to do it correctly each time. I want to thank Oliver and Hank for doing an amazing job and would ask any of you driving by each day to thank them for a job well done!
Have a great weekend.
Kevin

Dear Parent(s) & Guardian(s),
As we head into the upcoming holidays and winter season, we want to make you aware that we are fortunate to have some scholarships to the Bolton Ski Program, gift cards, winter jackets, bookbags, etc. to help support our students and families in need of a little extra help. Please consider reaching out to Jenn or myself, confidentially, to inquire about any of the above.
We also want to thank the generosity of the BRMS Staff and the local communities of Jericho and Underhill for their thoughtful donations and support of others!
