Dear BRMS Families:
We hope you had a restful and enjoyable summer break filled with fun, family, and memorable experiences. As we step into the fall season, we are thrilled to welcome our students and families—both returning and new! We had a great start to the school year and we are having a wonderful time reconnecting with all of our students and families. We encourage you to stay connected by checking our school website, reading our weekly River Raider, and attending school events. Communication between home and school is essential, and we value your partnership in supporting your child’s academic journey.
Our sports teams started practices this week with soccer, field hockey and cross country. It is not too late for students to sign up for a team this fall. Please contact Matt Lennon if your child is interested in participating on one of our teams. Cross Country and field hockey are the sports available for our 5th grade students. Our after school clubs will start over the next couple of weeks. Be sure to check out the River Raider for details on any upcoming clubs or activities.
Our annual BRMS Open House will be held on Tuesday September 30 at 6:30 p.m. This is a great opportunity to meet all of the amazing BRMS staff members and to check out our building. We will be running our traditional school wide scavenger hunt and all students will be eligible to win some BRMS gear! Mark your calendars and we hope to see you there on Sept. 30th.
Please remember that it is Labor Day weekend and students will not return to school until Tuesday Sept. 2nd
