Dear BRMS Families:

On Thursday, April 16th at 6:30 p.m.,  the BRMS drama program will be presenting their production of “The Day the Internet Died”.  Our drama students have been working hard for the last 2 months under the direction of Laurie Forsman and Carrie Dailey, and they are looking forward to opening night next week.  We are extremely excited to host our annual spring production.  Break a leg!!!

We are beginning to look towards the end of the school year plans.  The last day of school is currently June 17th.  We are planning on holding our 8th Grade Recognition Night on Tuesday, June 16th.  Parents who are interested in planning this event can join us for an organizational meeting on April 14th at 5:30 p.m. in the BRMS Library.  Please contact me if you are unable to attend the event but wish to help out with the planning of Recognition Night.

Most of our students completed their VTCAP testing this week.  5th and 8th Grade students will be completing their science assessments early next week.  Our students worked very hard on this work and we are proud of their focused efforts over the past two weeks.  

Please remember that April 20-24 there is no school for spring break.  Hopefully the warmer temperatures are here to stay!  Our 5th/6th grade party will be held on April 17th from 3:00-4:15.  We are in need of parent volunteers to be sure that we can hold this event.  Please see the information below to find out how you can help out.  Thank you to BRAG for organizing this event.
