Dear BRMS Families:

It was great to have some warmer temperatures and sunshine this week. Our teachers and students enjoyed getting outside, and shedding a few layers of cold weather gear!

Our basketball teams have had a very successful winter season.  We are heading into the final two weeks of the season, and the teams final games will be participating in the ADL tournament.  The girls A team has not lost a game yet!  Thank you to Dan Johnson, Brian Chandler, Chris Dorman, and Andy Beeman for coaching our teams this year.  We will also be holding our annual staff/student game with our 8th graders on Feb. 20th.

The Penguin Plunge has been postponed until March due to the extreme cold temperatures this weekend.  We are adjusting our plans for participation in this event.  Jeff Warren will be communicating details with families for the winter break.  Thank you to everyone who has donated to this event.  We have raised over $16,000 for the Vermont Special Olympics.

CTE will be hosting two Open House events in February! They will take place on February, 14th and February 19th. Students and families are welcome to stop by to meet teachers, see classroom spaces, and even participate in a workshop!
