Dear BRMS Families:

Our 5th and 6th grade students completed their ELA and Math VTCAP testing this morning.  The students did an amazing job on staying focused and working hard on these assessments.

Next week we will begin testing for 7th and 8th grade students on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.  5th and 8th grade students will be completing the Science VTCAP before the April Break.  Over the next couple of weeks, we will be having any students who missed the assessment due absences complete their missing work during the school day.  We are proud of how hard the students worked through this window of time!

Congratulations to the BRMS Volleyball team who took home the Jamboree Championship last week at Essex High School!  It has been a pleasure to watch all of our teams practicing and competing over the past month.  This program started many years ago with only about 10 participants, and this year we had over 60 students playing on several different teams.  It has been incredible to see the development of this sport, and to see how skilled our players have become over the years.  Thank you to Julianna Dixon, Andy Anderson, Laura Vallet, Andrew Beeman, Meredith Chaudoir, and Holden Learner for all of their hard work and dedication to our teams.  It was an amazing season!
