Dear BRMS Families:
The BRMS Advisory Program, known as NEST, celebrated the conclusion of our school year with the 4th Annual BRMS Grand Prix. Every NEST designed a “hood ornament” that was placed on racing carts, and students participated in a push race around our parking lot. Despite a few scraped knees, our students had a great time celebrating together as an entire school community.
We are heading into our last three days of school next week. Our 8th grade students will be going on the Spirit of Ethan Allen on Tuesday morning. We will be holding our 8th Recognition Night Celebration later that evening at 6:30. Details can be found below as well as a link to the MMCTV live streaming coverage of the event.
Our last day of school will be June 17th. 8th grade students are not expected to attend the school on this day. All other students will be participating in school wide field day events. There will be plenty of water activities including a slip and slide. We are encouraging students to bring a change of clothes to have available at the end of the day. We are asking students not to wear swimsuits for these activities.
We want to wish all of you a safe and relaxing summer vacation and we look forward to seeing you in the fall!
Kevin
