In the Business Management program, to achieve the dimensions of Intelligent and Communicative, the students can reflect on how he/she accomplished those dimensions, as the students created a slides presentation or proposal to analyze one of the business organization's Marketing Strategies (4P's and &P's). Through this learning experience, the students develop their understanding of the marketing strategies (the four P: Product, Price, Promotion, Place, and the extended marketing mix; People, Process, and Physical Evidence) and transfer their thinking skills in applying the strategies to the real-life situation. Some of the students choose to post about the Human Resources Management topic - Motivation and sources of finance from the topic Finances and Accounts.

Learning Objectives of the Lesson:
To evaluate the Causes of World War II from different aspects (political, economics, socials, military)
To find out the condition of the European countries before the war begin (political, socials and economics)
To explain the conflicting ideologies before the war and its significance to the cause of the war
Activity: In order to achieve the cikal dimensions and objectives of the lesson, the students made a research on the long term and short term causes of World. they need to focus on the key points:
Key ideas of the ideologies (the aims, the strength)
Society and Economics aspects (how the ideology influenced/drives the condition of the society at that time)
foreign ambition/ global agenda each country that involved ( Germany, UK, France, Russia, Japan, US)
Potential conflict/threats between the countries

After they did a research, They shared their finding in the shared slide and present their part in the class and have a class discussion about the topic.

In the Psychology, Y11 students learn about the 3 core approaches in understanding human behavior. They are:
Biological approach (physiological processes, including brain, hormones, genetics)
Cognitive approach (mental processes like thinking, memory, perception, and attention)
Sociocultural Approach (other people and the environment including culture)
All of these approaches also included the research methods and ethical considerations related to the topics learned.
HL Students learn in depth topics of the research methods and the ethics which assessed in Paper 3.

2023 DP Psychology Students Learning Board
Through this learning board, students try to reflect what we've learned in Psychology. We do this activity continually in the beginning of each term. We also shared our thoughts here regarding to the questions given from the teachers. From this activity we learn from every member perspectives in understanding questions about human behavior.

To achieve the dimensions of intelligent, communicative, and reflective, I accomplished to answer questions in the Paper 3, as I practiced a stimulus piece about Domestic Violence. Through this learning experience, I develop my understanding about research methods and ethical considerations in understanding human behavior. Besides that, I develop my communication skills through academic writing and reflective thinking skills regarding to evaluate the research given.

Zaki, Caroline, and Ivanka share their their insights and learning journey during the first year of DP Psychology. Through this video podcast, they practice their thinking skills and communication skills. It also helps them to retrospect topics learned. They enjoy the process of doing this podcast and will discuss more about other topics in near future.
To achieve the dimensions of intelligent, communicative, and reflective, Hatta created a commentary on an economic article. Hatta chooses this project because he thinks this project is very interesting, how as a student he was pushed to think and analyze an economic event like a real economist. He found this assessment really enjoyable and he learned a lot through this project.
