ENGLISH LITERATURE - THE HATE U GIVE (UNDERSTANDING EQUITY IN ETHNICITIES): A COMPARATIVE ESSAY - SMA CIKAL LEBAK BULUS
To achieve the dimensions of intelligent and communicative, I was able to accomplish both dimensions through following the TSC objectives and through the research & writing process of the comparative essay. I was able to gain the intelligent dimension through researching and analyzing modern problems (related to racism) that is currently happening around the world, its evidence is shown through the history of the topic and the contents of the essay. As for the communicative dimension, I was able to achieve it through voicing my opinions (in the contents of the essay) about the issues of racism and how it is wrong to practice violence as a livelihood.
Through this learning experience, I was able to develop my understanding of the issues of racism and how it is a large and discriminatory issue that has to be dealt with peacefully and equally. In understanding racism and through writing this essay, I am able to inform and give guidance to my fellow friends/family members regarding this issue, further raising awareness for the fight against inequality and stereotypes for all minorities.
