Physics HL
To achieve the dimensions of Intelligent, Communicative and Reflective, Physics HL students are asked to communicate their understanding about geothermal energy and answer the question "How geothermal energy works and its potential in Indonesia?"
To show their competencies, they created a Scientific Poster which explain the mechanism of Geothermal energy powerplant. Based on their understanding during guest speaker session, they have to give their point of view on how Indonesia Government support the development of Geothermal Energy. Through this learning experience, students got explanation from primary resources which is an Expert in Geothermal and develop their understanding about Geothermal Energy concepts and how its geothermal manifestation in earth are utilized for humankind. Students also develop critical thinking skills by communicating their opinion and supported with scientific reasoning and evidence to answer the questions.
The poster explains about how geothermal energy produce in nature and how it is utilized as one of the energy source to generate electricity. Geothermal energy is one of the renewable energy that can be used as alternative energy source. There are some advantages and disadvantages of using geothermal energy as energy source. Geothermal Energy is a green and clean energy, but at the same time it is very expensive to build the powerplant
This poster was created as one of the reflection after guest speaker session about geothermal. Through this poster I would like to explain about how geothermal energy is utilized as one on energy source. Geothermal energy is a clean energy source and it is renewable energy. The use of geothermal energy t

In this project i’m conducting an experiment about the relationship between the pressure of an ideal gas and it’s temperature which were known as the gay-lussac law. I choses this project because for me it’s a very enjoyable assignment as it has been a long time since I have an experiment project from school.
For this project, I needed to do research about the Anti-lock Braking System in cars and how it correlates to the physics topic that we are learning at that time (Topic 6, Circular Motion and Gravitation). After conducting research, the information was transferred onto a graphic poster. The process was quite entertaining to do even though I'm not really into cars– it was still fascinating to do.
