To achieve the dimensions of reflective and balanced, I’ve accomplished it as I made a slide presentation on explaining my interview towards my friends about her emotions. Through this learning experience, I developed my understanding of how to know the significance of other people emotions and being emphatic.

In this slide, I shared my question and answer session about the interview on how she going through in the recent days. Then I reflect and practice how to be empathic by doing what I think to make her feel better.
