To achieve the dimensions of Intelligent, Communicative, and Reflective, the students were asked to do research about factors that affect the process of photosynthesis. Using a simulation, students attempted to vary the concentration of specific factors such as light, water, or the distance of the light to the plant, and then observe the ATP or NADPH produced. Later on, students were asked to analyze the graphic of the data result, determine the optimal condition for plants to perform the process of photosynthesis, and present their perspectives in a lab report. Through this project, the students have developed their research skills and critical thinking skills by analyzing the effect of specific factors on the process of photosynthesis.

To achieve the dimensions of Intelligent, Communicative, and Reflective. The students were asked to do research about factors that affect the work of enzymes. Students conducted an experiment that enables them to observe how different kinds of conditions may affect the work of enzymes, In this case, students used acid and alkaline conditions. As a result, they saw the amount of bubbles as the product of the enzyme's work. Then, they measured the bubbles and compared the two conditions. Later on, students analyze and explain the result in their Lab reports. Through this project, the students have developed their research skills and critical thinking skills by analyzing the effect of two different conditions on the work of enzymes.
To achieve the dimensions of Intelligent, Communicative, and Reflective, the students were asked to do research about pigments in plants. Using a simulation, students conducted an investigation to find out the types of pigment that can be found in different kinds of leaves taken from different kinds of plants. Later on, students analyze and explain the result in their Lab reports. Through this project, the students have developed their research skills and critical thinking skills by analyzing the result and determining the type of pigment found in the leaf.
