To achieve the dimensions of Balanced, Cooperative, Reflective, and Self Reliant, we’ve accomplished some discussions, case studies, and problem-based learning, as we created some reflections about career, values, strengths, and limitations. Students also join an internship program in which they chose a position based on their interest in various industries in many fields. Through this learning experience students develop an understanding of understanding/skill of career planning, value-fit environment, self-concept, and problem-solving.

Graphic Designer Intern
Felix's statement: "This was something I really wanted to try for a while, my dream career is to be a content creator / graphic designer so after seeing there is an industry with a graphic designer internship, I immediately chose it. Thankfully it was what I thought it would be, the graphic designer position was to redesign their Instagram and website page layout. I was on the website team. The task is simple, redesign the layout and make it more suitable for the customers while keeping the theme to their logo, vision, and mission. When I first saw their current website, I had a lot of ideas in mind because it looked fairly bland and minimalistic and I did notice some aspects that can be improved and added like a wishlist system because it’s basically an online shop. In the end, I am very happy with the result and the people in the Industry are too. I’m very glad I have this opportunity since it really makes my mind open to what kind of job graphic designers take and I definitely think this is a big option for me in the future"
