To achieve the dimensions of Intelligent, and Communicative, students are asked to design an experiment to distinguish the color changing of certain natural indicators of acid and base. Students choose their natural indicator and design the experiment to extract and tested the result on several household products .
Through this learning experience, students develop their understanding of acid, base, and its indicator, incorporate and examine appropriate research, and experimental skills of acid-base indicators in real-life application, and strengthen their communication skills by presenting their results both in written form (making poster) and represent it directly in front of the class.
