To achieve the dimensions of reflective and self-reliant, students have accomplished the process of discussions, case studies, and problem-based learning, as we created some reflections about careers, values, strengths, and limitations in the form of slides to explain their problem-solving journey. Through this learning experience, students develop an understanding/skill of career planning, value-fit environment, self-concept, and problem-solving.
To achieve the dimensions of balanced and cooperative, students have accomplished the process of researching, evaluating, and learning about work opportunities based on their iStrong Test results. Through this learning experience, students evaluate their decisions and the alternatives in planning and pursuing educational and career goals as they created slides to explore their career choices and interview their career role models.
