PSE 1 - Serpong
To achieve the dimensions of Reflective, we’ve accomplished our journey in learning basic emotions and how to get deal with them, as we completed "Me and My Emotion Journal." We have learned, explored, and experienced the emotions in our daily life and written them in it. Through this learning experience, we develop our understandings of how emotions affect responses and behaviors.
Here is my emotions journal where I wrote everything about my daily feelings during the learning of PSE program at school.

Here is my mood meter where I put emotions based on their categories.
I learn everything about happiness.
This is the sad feeling. I don't enjoy it, but it's good to learn about it so you know what to do when you feel it.
I even learn about anger.
And the calm feeling, my favorite one.

I classify the emotion based on the mood meter
This is my happy emotion. My favorite one. I feel happy when I get new clothes or meet new friends.
I feel sad when Mama mad at me.
I remember that sometime I also feel angry. But I learn how to cope with it. When this feeling comes, I will dance and play with my sister.
I learn about calm emotion. It happens to me when I listen to music, pray, or read a book.
